Child's last
I believe shoes should be crafted in harmony with the natural form of the foot. With the rationale that the foot forms the foundation to the body, I scanned the feet of many student volunteeers on the INFoot Digital Scanner at London College of Fashion. Analysis from this helped determine the shape of the last in order to maximise comfort and fit. I worked with a wooden last to achieve an anatomically structured shape.
